You’re essentially using what the military and emergency services would call an “after action review” or a “critical incident stress debrief.”

But, your incorporation of actual HUMANITY and feelings is a lot more integrative and honors your clients in a way the other formats really don’t.

If they did, perhaps adverse reactions wouldn’t still be as common as they are. Your style is refreshing.

I've been asked multiple times where I got my CBT training.

That was before Google is my friend 😅 and I asked them to explain.

When I was Epic Poker Training's Poker Mindset Coach during one of their 12-week programs, the founder and my friend Marsha Wolak, explained her experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and how fascinated she was with the similarities of my MindShifting technology and CBT.

I began calling the process After-Action Review decades ago, and once I discovered the military does AARs, After Action Reports, I wondered who learned that from me 😀
